CMH offers Childbirth classes

CMH helps mothers prepare for their labory and delivery by offering a series of childbirth classes. Classes include information about what to expect before, during and after the delivery.

These classes include:

• Childbirth, The Natural Way
• Childbirth, The Big Picture
• Baby Basics
• Breast Feeding Basics

Total costs if all classes are purchased is $35.

Infant CPR is offered through the Educations Services Department for $10.00 for two participants.  Please call 328-6769 to register.
