Family Practice

CMH offers several family practice clinics. Physicians and other healthcare providers see patients of all ages at these clinics for a variety of illnesses, injuries and ailments.

Family Physicians are often referred to as Primary Care Physicians, or Primary Healthcare Providers.

Most of our Family Pracitce clinics can accomodate same day appointment requests. Some of our Family Practice locations also provide other services, such as behavioral health and rehabilitation services.
